Ticket Policies
Health And Safety
As COVID-19 prevention efforts continue to evolve, The Wildwood Theatre closely monitors local, state, and federal guidelines.
Handling Fees
For in-person orders, there is a $2 per ticket handling fee for tickets over $10. A per-ticket handling fee will be charged for all online and phone orders based on the price of the ticket.
Age Recommendation
On every event listing, and at the show, we will post content-related alerts so you can make the most informed decisions about bringing younger audience members to our productions.
Refunds
There are no refunds on tickets. If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, you may email the box office at sages@wildwoodtheatre.com to exchange your tickets no later than 4 p.m. on the day of your scheduled performance (noon for a matinee).
Changes or Cancellations
Performance names, dates, and times are subject to change or cancellation.
Refunds are not provided for show cancellations, however, your ticket purchase will be honored at any future performance.
Late Seating
If you arrive after the show begins, you will be admitted during a break in the action to help keep distractions to a minimum.
Bad Weather
If bad weather prevents you from attending, email the Box Office as soon as possible (no later than the day after the missed performance) to make alternative arrangements. Unused tickets will be honored at a future performance of your choosing.
Refunds are not provided due to bad weather cancellations.
